BEAUTY PAPERS X MYAH HASBANYThe creative fire of Central Saint Martins burns bright in Myah Hasbany who debuts their graduate collection today that blurs the line between myth, memory, beauty and the bizarre.
Inspired by the “true” story of a covered-up UFO crash in Aurora, Texas, each look represents a Southern archetype on the edge of transformation, caught between being accepted or cast out. Silhouettes begin familiar but slowly shift into something otherworldly.
This is fashion as folklore, as warning, as evolution. Hasbany’s Aurora isn’t just about what fell from the sky. It’s about what rises when truth is denied.
